Collect these FabricPlates™, during the Row by Row Experience™ in the Summer at different participating shops. Then whip up an In The Hoop Wristlet in no time to show off where you have been! Insert a zipper, attach a handle/loop, and a pocket with NO raw edges inside. The recommended swivel hook for the handle from Patterns By Annie and two Fabric Plates™ by Debra Gabel. Approximate finished measurement are 7" wide x 5" tall. Some sewing required for the loop and pocket due to the Fabric Plates™.
